I've recieved pretty low TGP traffic, but great SE traffic, SE traffic came during the holidays, perhaps i'll get even more!

Yeah, very low traffic on my non adult website. About 40% less than normal!!

So when that 10Mbit pipe is completely saturated that's normal?

how's the latency when it's pegged like that?
