Webair support?
I need some feedback from People who have Dedicated Servers with them.
Please rate their support by: - response time - competence - ease of getting in touch with (tickets/icq) Some other thoughts (positive/negative)? |
you are assigned your own personal server manager available on all instant messengers, theres live support and email support.
I once had an issue one guy couldnt solve so they got me there 2 top techs and the guy who owns webair onto the case and solved it! The best service ever! |
You never liked them before so why even try? Personally I would have chosen someone else..

They have great support. Real live person 247. If you need script installed or some linus package added they get a server admin on it right away and update you regularly on progress. I recommend them for sure

yes theres live support 247 your personal manager isn available 247 but is there for a good chunk of the day. if theres something the server dosent have enabled/installed they will do it swiftly

I know there are problems with virtual accounts, but Dedicated definitely sounds good the way you describe it. |

Their dedicated support is perfectly fine; I am not a fan of their virtual support. I would not hesitate to use webair for anything dedicated which I am the primary.

Any issue I've ever had has been handled immediately. It's usually from my own fuckups. I usually pick up the phone cand call their 24 hour support. A real tech has always picked up the line and had me as a top priority.
