Questionable Passport Rejection Letter

The U.S. Department of State is unabashedly discriminatory in this passport rejection letter. I wonder if people with beards get letters that say ?The photographs you submitted cannot be used because the image is too terrorist-y.?

Wahahahahah //// FAIL!!!

Looks like their standard guidelines to me.

Did you take the photo yourself or have it done when you submitted your app?

Should've used a mug-shot, instead.
