Best VOD whitelabel provider?

I'm looking at switching provider for one of my VOD whitelabels. Currently I am considering AEBN and Moviedollars. If there are any affiliates here that have any experience with these two when it comes to whitelabels, I would love to hear your opinion.

Please no spam....

Let me add another contender to the mix. I'm with www.Gamelink.com and we have 60,000 movies from all the top studios. We offer VOD on the pay per minute model, but also the Stream to own model. Customers like this model because they get a better value. You should like it because the price points are generally higher.

I'd be happy to set you up with a white label

Please feel free to contact me. My contact info is in my sig

I have had decent results with AEBN and they pay like clockwork, haven't tried the others yet.

I have been with AEBN for almost 10 years. AAnd can do nothing else then recommend them! Always on-time payments, converts well for me.

Meeper 06-02-2010 11:18 AM

I love me some AEBN. Liz rocks.

No Yapoo for you!

I have had best performance with Moviedollars (Hotmovies) when doing regular linking, AEBN has been second best among those I have tried so far. How have they been with helping setting up your whitelabels?

CamTraffic 06-02-2010 06:51 PM

AEBN by far! Studio AND Affiliate side
Stephane takes good care of us there ( stephanem AT aebn.net )

Nobody that care to comment their experience with Moviedollars?

If you switch providers, won't you screw any existing customers who haven't used up their remaining minutes yet?

Our studio is listed at both AEBN and Hotmovies

the income revenue is 4:1

is that enough experience for you?

Thank you for the info, but hard to judge how the affiliate side is based on the studio side. My experience so far points to Moviedollars, but everyone here seem to use AEBN to greater extent. I'm still going to use both for other projects, but I will be committing this whitelabel to a provider for many years so I feel I need some more info before I actually make the plunge.

I would recommend to experiment with them both for 3 months or so and base your decision on numbers instead

I have numbers and they point to moviedollars, but I have had better contact with AEBN and everybody says AEBN is great. It's the whitelabel side where I'm unsure since I have had no dealings on that side. I guess I'll just have to pick one.

Do both and run an A/B test. Split your VOD traffic and have it rotate the whitelabels.

This is for a special domain where I already have a whitelabel today, I don't want to confuse customers futher by switching more than necessary.

milambur 06-03-2010 01:25 PM

Besides, it is very hard to compare vod programs short term, some convert better and some retain better, you'd need atleast a year to get accurate data.

I think I will talk to the programs and see what kind of deal I can make and let that decide.

I really wanted to sell the domain not use it for a whitelabel, but with todays domain market it is a pointless to try to sell it.

Miz_Wright 06-03-2010 01:55 PM

I'd hit you up, but I don't see your contact info.

Anyone have milambur's contact info?

I can't recommend AEBN highly enough. Been using them for a decade and they've never missed a payment. Am trying Gamelink on a site at the moment...they look o.k but in my opinion could use some slicker tools.

HomerSimpson 06-03-2010 05:15 PM

AEBN :thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

I cant imagine rotating a white label for a vod site between providers.
Its been my experience with VOD that the profit is on return buys and you want them to return to purchase more.

How can they do that if youve effectively branded your white label so they just know thats where they go to buy porn? How do they get back to watch that exclusive video they saw on your white label yesterday if your rotating your providers?

Last thing Id want to do is confuse my customer by not presenting them with what they expect upon return. These days a lot of customers have a critical eye toward anything unexpected. But then again who can blame them.

Join one site for 10 bucks and in 3 days later an additional $100+ bucks shows up in charges.
