It is interesting when real money can be exchanged for certain business money, such as: mall dollars, haircut dollars, coupons, supermarket dollars, etc. It seems that these business dollars / coupons could serve as advertising each time they exchange hands.

Damn... Lincoln, one of the most important presidents ever, was worth less than a mill.

They do. The Bush family has a ton of money. The reason it isn't shown here is that much of it is tied up in offshore stuff, investment groups and things like that. So he isn't the sole owner of it, but they have a lot of money from middle east oil companies, major defense contracts and other things.
