Why you like to delete old blog posts? Do use them again?

because of content quality. old posts has low resolution, poor text description and I guess blogs loading slow with huge amount of posts

Don`t do that.........it`s not a good idea, just keep on upgrading your blogs over and over

remmber to keep the same permalink structure, or simply use a redirection plugin to send to the new ones

Don't ever delete them. Your blog shouldn't ever get any slower because of the number of posts. If it is, you need to look at your mysql configuration.
