Zombaio Support Sucks
 

So far these clowns can't get the installation right they are taking too long and to top it off they do not have 24/7 support.

I am trying to give them the some slack because they process visa with out the gay $750 fee and maxim fee rate of 7.9% . but its getting hard to like them when going on 1 week installation isn't working.

Just venting ... the first one who can get me a 24/7 number I can call that works will get a 3 day free pass to the site when its up.

Clowns? Hardly. And its not Zombaios job to install/customize scripts for you. You should be thankful they are even trying.

Its not a custom script its there access script so yes it is there job to do it. Whe I want your opinion ill give it to you.

Can you read? Its not their job to install even their scripts. They do it as a courtesy. Stop being a little prima donna and learn how to install a simple script. It takes 2 minutes.

While their are two side to every story, I have dealt with them on somewhere between a half dozen, and dozen, pay sites now. They have never taken a week to get something handled.

They do not have 24/7 support, but neither do all the others. If you want 24/7, you go with CCB and their live chats, and phone support. If you want to try someone else, you have trade offs.

Wow do you guys work for Zombaio? ... If you guys read my entire post its say that I'm venting. SO what happens when some one vents they typically fly off the handle and spout shit off.

Although I stand by my comments they are to be taken with a grain of salt. Zombaio is a good company but any "great" company has 24/7 support for its clients.

I know how to install scripts but my rep said they would do it so its not too much for me to expect a 24-48 hr install or an email saying hey it may go faster if you do it as we are backed up.

Issue Resolved got a pm with contact from an undestanding webmaster who has been there called them and its done.

Hey ya they're good people just messed up ... That in itself is fine we're all human ... but its the lack of 24/7 support that i was venting not their system. The inclusion of VISA with no fees and only 7.9% service charge is fan-fuckin'-tastic!

With 7.9%... don't you think they need to make cuts somewhere? I think you just found out where.

Anyway, it should be a very simple 3 minute process to get you up and running. Im pretty sure the fee is making up for them not being there 24/7 to install it.

Does anyone know if Zombaio can be included in CCBill cascade ? I am getting tired of Epoch and i should probably change my secondary processor.

I thought their fee was 4.9%

Its only 4.9% if you use them as your first processor in the cascade.

It's kind a strange how they can pay multiple times for skinning board yet they cant establish simple support.

Just install the script yourself. Where's the problem?

Yes they can. However, if Zombaio is not first on your cascade, they change your percentage for processing to 9.9%. They had a thread on this a few months back.

It took me all of 10 minutes to be set up with Zombaio.

Do that here and everyone will be sure to point out what an idiot you actually are. :1orglaugh
