I'll go first.

The key to any business is finding a product that meets the needs of a market that is currently not being met.

Pretty simple, but sometimes people loose focus.

Second tip. Don't ever give up. Network. You are not alone and someone out their needs something you can offer so that you both benefit.

treat every customer the same weither they are a small account or a large one because as you help the little guys grow they will stay loyal to you and eventually become a large account (hopefully)....not saying you shouldnt give your larger or premium accounts little extra perks now again. Just make sure you let the little guys know you appricate their business as well...thats my :2 cents:

oh and most important always be professional..doesnt matter if you are in the adult insudtry if you run a business act like a business owner

Helping each other is what people can do if they are trading with each other. Competition is a different thing - do not help your competitor! Good luck.

Web trends change, empires rise and fall. A company who is on top today could be on the bottom tomorrow- and vice versa. Treat everyone with equal respect and never underestimate anyone.

The only way to get ahead is stay unique. The unique factor will catch possible partners and also find gaps and hole in search engine searches. Also it will creak allot more book mark traffic.. in a nut shell..

2. use the latest technology (both in the production and the promotion of your product)

Once you have a small system that makes money, get out-sourced labor and start repeating the tasks and duplicate the entire process several times.

Use the Online Website Porn market as a jumping point to expand into other technologies and traffic/income sources.

Without staff/help you can't reach or market on multiple technologies which expose you to new traffic sources and income streams.

Focus on what works and you'll never fail.

This is the oldest formula in business. You have heard it many places. However, most seem determined to come up with the 'next big thing' instead of finding something that makes $100.00 a day and repeating it 10 times over.

Spread your customers. Don't rely too much on one big customer as when their business goes tits up so does yours. Losing 1/10 small customers hurts a lot less than losing 1/2 big ones.
