Yeah, I switched cat litter once, and it wasn't nearly as radical a change. One of my guys hated the change so much he just pissed outside of the box in protest.

I think it's a great idea, but you likely need to start using it with very young cats, starting on day one, before they get used to anything else.

I also don't know if it will be cost competitive, after the free coupon for bag 1.

I toilet trained my cats. Yes, both my cats actually use the toilet.

It was not easy to train them. This is an understatement.

Everyone asks that.

You CAN train them to flush, but it's a bad thing if you do. You risk the possibilty that they will become enchanted by the whishing water, and flush over and over and over and over...now you can't get them to stop.

You train them to flush by attaching a toy to a string on the end of the flusher. When they play with the toy, it flushes. In short order they will put two-and-two together and recognize the relationship between the toy and "fresh water". You then start shortening the string until they are pulling on the flush bar instead of the toy and you now have toilet trained, toilet flushing cats....(and the posibility of a huge water bill of you can't get them to stop)

Hahaha, yeah my cat did the exact same when we changed our litter a while ago. Needless to say we quickly changed it back before she did a shit outside the box too... :1orglaugh
