Question for merchant account providers
 

Is there any merchant account provider out there that can setup a merchant account AND a bank account with an ATM card to withdraw money straight out of the ATM? Thank you

I use plimus as payment processor for non adult and they sent me their payoneer card. It rocks.

Merchant accounts are not personal checking accounts.

You have the reserve, the settle, the operating..

Why cant you open up your own bank account? I don't even think you can get a merchant account without already having a bank account. They need it to wire you the money and to take your money when its time for them to get paid or to cover cbs, refunds, etc.

If the account is outside the US, most banks require that you set up a settlement account, in addition to your merchant account, in the same region. The bank where you set up your settlement account should have an ATM card attached to the account.

Sake, you can open a merchant account along with settlement account in Europe and get an ATM card .
with Netpay International you can even pay out to your employees, vendors and others out of your settlement account !!!
