He admitted it was an employee already. Bought nick from Josh. Eric knows about it.

I think "employee" is just an excuse.

Why would he employ someone and then give them the nick with his company's name?

All we have is his word that Bro Media is just an employee. But how do we know if it's really the case and is not MrFrisky himself?

That I dunno.

Based on his previous posted remarks, he had bought the nick from Josh, contacted Eric to get the handle changed to his company name, and would have had to tell Eric it was for use by an employee. Multiple nicks are not allowed.
