5.8.1 Payment to Client or Owner only. iBill will only direct payments to the Client, the owner or parent company of the Client, or the Client's registered fictitious or "DBA" name.

However, when enquiring they claim to only be able to pay on the dba name.
In my case, I want them to pay the parent company of the client just like their terms and conditions say.
Ive argued this with Ibill's reps, the accounting team and 2 premium reps for over 6 weeks now, but its like beating my head against a wall.
This last week I gave up and had to open new bank accounts and register additional trading names just to be able to be continued getting paid.
They did say that, if in the future it was possible to pay to another name than that used as the dba name in the Visa process, I would be notified, but for now I'm told that its totally out of the question..
