Beware! Do Not Click If You Are Easily Frightened!
|
Just because the country of America has debt, does not mean the individual citizen has to have debt. It is easy not to have debt - all you have to do is spend less than you earn. Many people want to buy more things than the money they have in their pocket. Let's say you have $4,000, but you want to buy a product for $10,000 - you will have to get a credit card, credit line, bank/institution loans, friend loans or other debts. A mortgage is the biggest loan, isn't it? A house is the biggest expenditure, isn't it? If you buy a cheap place to live, you would have less loans. To be inside or near an excellent beautiful house has some value. Sometimes you can go into the house for free, such as to visit a shop in the daytime. If you want to stay overnight at a house - usually it will be costly. I think nighttime spent at a house is valued more than daytime spent at a house. Night clubs - time spent at a night club at night can be valuable and fun - usually there is some cost to go inside. However, if you work at a night club you can be paid to be there instead of paying to be there. The good thing about a job is that it has other benefits instead of just a salary. For example, if you really like beautiful houses and structures - imagine working in a castle for some royalty or something like that. Anyway, debt is a problem. I think the point in time when someone becomes debt-free can be a celebration point.

Thanks. :thumbsup |
the US gov't and state gov't are fucking retarded.
i have a friend who works for the state as an engineer... actually his lazy ass does surveying. the furthest he has traveled is 40 miles from his house, but everytime he is on a job that lasts more than 1 day, the state pays for him to have a hotel... and each person gets their own room plus $85/day in food WTF! hes laughs about it because he said he just goes home and stays at his house, why bother packing a suit case when hes doing a job 10 miles away. think of how much money this wastes every day, its pathetic. i heard crazy things about gov't employees and what they get. something like FBI agents (desk clerks, not field agents) get a car from the gov't even if they use it or not and huge benefit packages, plus nice expense accounts. I can only image what these big heads of state get paid and their benefits are. I heard that all state reps and congress have full time drivers and a gov't issued car... which you know they pay sticker price for absurd :2 cents: |
good to know:)

Imagine how many more jobs could be created by cutting out the bullshit perks paid to govt workers? Or used for paying the debt or bolstering the school system....FUCK! |
Unfortunately we need to raise taxes AND cut programs... at least until the debt gets back on track.
