New doggy pup
 

My girlfriend's family picked up the lil one last month after its previous owner left it stranded in the streets of San Juan. Her dad almost killed the poor dog trimming the lawn in front of the house ... fortunately she recovered well and is now in my girlfriend's custody.

If anyone could recognize what race it is, I'd appreciate the help. We have both no idea, it might be a Newfoundlander or some cross breading.

looks like it gots alittle Golden Retriever in it

That's no Newfoundland. I have a female newfoundland and she was MUCH MUCH MUCH bigger as a puppy... Different head style too. That looks more like it has hound dog in it. Maybe Hound and Beagle. :thumbsup

Looks maybe beagle, lab, retriever. A vet might have a better idea.

Yeah... it does have some golden in it. I have two goldens so there is no mistaking that face.. The beagle thing might not be far off either.. the ears are a bit floppy dont you think?

Great dog.. If it has any golden in it at all, it will make for a great pet.

Looks like a retriever/beagle to me. Retriever face and coloration, for sure, but those ears and that barrell body look like a beagle.

He's ADORABLE, by the way. I love dogs.

Yeah, the Beagle probably left some genes in there too.
