Hiring auction title builder - automotive aftermarket parts

Need an auction title builder. Preferably offshore unless it's someone who is really productive. Any suggestions on what countries to post job ads in? Very important that the person is creative, a fast typer, fluent in english, and experienced in automotive parts. Must be able to use excel.

You need the person to be fluent in English and you are asking what countries to post job ads. Here are some examples of English speaking countries: Canada, USA, England/Britain, Australia, New Zealand.
