Anyone here still using WinXP?
 

I still do and can't make myself try anything else. :(

im using win7 and only sometimes dualboot to xp.. in most cases to play something without lag

My wife is running XP Media Center on her machine and she refuses to upgrade it to Windows Vista Home Premium.. But one day I will turn her to the Dark Side...

XP here too, i see no reason to change

Still prefer XP to anything else I've see come from that happy family.

I just love how windows has stolen the Apple advertising tactic with their windows 7 slogan.

I did until February when I replaced my 4+ yr old desktop n even older laptop. Win7 Pro 64bit witH XP mode available.

Didn't like the Vista, don't know about the Win7 it's still new

I'd skip Vista and go straight to Win7. Seems to work so much better, especially for media center stuff.

have them on my mini laptop, do the trick there. But I love win 7 on my main comp

Still on xp...in fact all pc's we have are running it. Any new purchases will be Win 7.

I still do on my content computer. Everything else I have is Mac though :) Have 3 Mac computer in the house, once my windows computer crashes I'll replace that with a Mac as well.

still using XP .... i think the greater version like vista and win7 consume more memory ...

I wheel it out every once in a while and use it inside a virtual machine. Still have some old software that only runs on XP. But Vista is not that bad if you have 64 bit processors.

80% still use XP..

it's stupid to use Vista... and too early to use 7...

BTW the other laptop came with windows Vista installed... I formatted the disk and installed XP... saved me lots of headaches...

Still XP, I tried windows 7 ultimate for weeks, I don't like it. Too eye candy for me.

I have linux mint on my other machine. If only I can run photoshop, flash, dreamweaver, and smart ftp, on that OS, I definitely stick to linux.

As long as they keep putting out new updates, I'll use it. I would have to build a completely new machine if I wanted to update anyway and that's LAST on my to-do list lol.

I am using XP on work, and on laptop, and 1 windows 7. i stop using vista a month ago. its suck!

Windows 7 is amazing, after installing it i will never look back, i had XP for years but after making the switch it isnt even close.

the layout is so similar but so much smarter. i never had a drag in finding new things as if you are switching to a mac.

trust me it is worth trying. if you love XP you will love windows 7 twice as much.

My main computer is XP; I have no plans to upgrade. My new touchscreen computer is Win7, but whatever. An OS is an OS. If you spend too much time worrying about your OS your wasting your time.

The 2 XP's will stay XP for now....still not convinced why W7 is worth the upgrade
