I loged into CCBill admin and I confirmed it is him because of the city and state and it's not a common name.

So what should I do, very tempting to do somethin or should I just do nothing in the spirit of the new year?

Do something, you lose a customer and risk a lawsuit.
Do nothing, you keep a customer and all of those nice rebills.

If you don't treat his info as private, you could be in a heap of trouble. If you do something that costs him his job, you could be in a MAJOR heap of trouble, and I myself would never trust you with any confidential info.
