Variety in drinks is important... You don't want to bring a chick back to your place only to have her refuse to drink whatever bottle of whiskey you have hanging around. I liked to keep a can or bottle of every type of popular mix on hand, at least one flavored vodka in addition to normal, also stuff like peach schnapps and sourpuss apple to make "a fun shot I heard about", stuff like that :)

My bachelor pad was in the heart of Sixth Street in Austin. I owned a building that had a 400 sq ft balcony overlooking the action below.

I had a fridge with a keg tap, a bbq, hammocks, and comfortable chairs on that balcony.

Along the bottom of the balcony, I ran bright lights so anybody looking up would be blinded and couldn't see me and my guests partying naked right over the street.

Good times were had by all!
