* [lcgirls].com - online straight adult video sharing community with 250K pageviews per month and great quality organic traffic
* [jerkingboys].net - gay blog, not much traffic, around 1.5k unique visitors, but great keywords with potential

The sites are hosted on 2 dedicated servers and are load balanced, the set up will be included in the sale to minimize transfer and setup fees for the new owner.

I have done no site optimization or promotion for the last year, but with little effort, the traffic numbers can be easily doubled in minimal time. In fact, I had it 2x the traffic before, but it was really hard to sustain with the infrastructure in place, so I had to back down.

The sites are loaded with unique genuine user submitted content and some advertising content and are fully automated, requiring no maintenance at all.

I have done a lot of custom development to make the sites unique and really easy to use. No other site in this niche has features like video thumbnails and video embedded advertising.

lcboys.com has 3.5K registered users with verified emails and 7.5K videos, lcgirls.com - 300 registered users and 8K videos.

All in all, I am a developer and am not that good in social marketing. I feel the sites could really take off given the right owner and marketing strategy. Once again, the sites bring really high quality organic gay traffic and would really work great if coupled with some sort of (adult or not) gay oriented venture.

I have spent a lot of my time developing this projects. I would estimate it would take around $7-10K just for development fees to set up and build a custom branded site like this. This makes it perfect for someone looking to get in this market, you save so much time and money getting a fully functional and marketed product.
