Anyone Ever Report Someone To Credit Bureau?

Anyone ever report someone to the credit bureau? And is it possible to reports someone GOOD standing? I have someone pay on time every time and want to report their good standing. Any resources on the issue would be killer.

idk how an individual can do it ...i dont think companies report good credit as much as your credit shows who you owe and if you are behind on any of the payments only..having companies on your credit that dont report late payments are what gives you a good rating score from how i understand

It is an extremely lengthy process to be approved to report to credit bureaus.

Plus you have to be in the business of lending to even be approved.

Yeah it is my business that will be reporting the on time payments. Well how would you get good credit if no one ever reports good payments? Im actually pretty ignorant to how it all works I basically live a zero debt lifestyle lol.

ok so a landlord can only report bad payments but not good payments? I wanted to report a tenant for making good payments.

Only companies offering a form of credit can report and like someone said, it takes a while to gain approval.

A landlord cant report to someones credit lol...What they can do is sue if you dont pay them, hence a court order would be the 1st thing on the bad tenant's credit report. Its a real score dropper.

I recall years ago a group was trying to get people that pay rent instead of a mortage get credit for paying on time which would have been fair being that rent us usually right around what a mortgage would be anyways, mostly even more. This was in NY state and got turned down.
