 I'm English and an English speaker. 
	If I saw that name in England, It would just be a weird name to me. Wouldn't have any negative or clever meaning to me. If I was somewhere else in Europe and saw it, I wouldn't look twice... It would just be some more 'foreign words', on another foreign building...  | 
		
 It doesn't represent any logical association. Other than Apelsin in Russian :)

 Well, the reason I brought this up is I see this name in the sea shore town now where they have many foreign tourists strolling the sea side promenade, I thought it would bring up some Spanish like association reading somehting like Sinful Monkey.
