What I'm doing wrong, help please
 

Hi, I've jumped into adult biz with both feet and started a payste from a scratch. I think, our webdesign is nice. I made some galleries, posted to tgps, had more than 2000 visitors in 1-2 days, but no sign-up yet. Please can you recommend me what do improve or tell me what I'm doing wrong ?

Maybe you designed it on a lower res machine...but everything seems a bit tiny to me and nothing really eye catching, And theres nothing bizzare about the amatures from what I can see.... besides the bananna.

Im new too and never ran a paysite.... but thats my take on it.

Your site is just shit. You obviously have a poor command of English and your site violates all the laws of the conversion process. It has no direction, no flow, and at no point do you give the surfer a decent reason to want to buy. I hope you didn't pay money for it. That pic of the chick with the leek is pretty funny though.

I would suggest quitting, or maybe suicide.

It's pretty dull looking -- the colors aren't very bright or eyecatching. It more like a financial services site than a porn site.

Also, there's really nothing bizarre visible except that one girl with the leeks. And, um, that's been done, and the sickpuppy.com girls are a lot cuter than yours.

Bigger, brighter, tour pictures that show the surfer what he's getting. Text promises alone won't make the sale.

That's all from a porn consumer perspective; I don't own a paysite.

The design starts out nice but gets uglier and uglier as you go through the tour. You have thumbnails of all different sizes just thrown in all over the place and most of the thumbnails are way too small. You should try to make the thumbs a more uniform size or at least arrange them nicely around the text instead of just have text and thumbs jumbled together.

Also, you can't click on anything. You have all these model headshots and stuff, but they are not interactive. That was bugging the shit out of me. It's like you don't want me to be able to click on things. I have to run my mouse over everything because you use all these graphical links with no underlines and the thumbs have borders on them that make them look clickable, but they aren't. You should be able to click on a model's head and get a page about her that would link to a signup form.

I don't like the color scheme, but that may just be me. That orange-on-black always looks like a downer to me and I associate it with people's homepages and flash-heavy commercial sites.

Edit: One other thing, In Linux I have my monitor in 1024x768 and a lot of the text was really small and nearly unreadable on my 19" monitor. In Windows I run in 1600x1200. I'll bet it would be completely illegible at that resolution (not that a lot of surfers use 1600x1200, but plenty use 1024).

You're design doesn't look very amateurish. It looks like you are pro amateurs. Dumb it down... A LOT. Take out all those single phrase descriptions, "I like bananas". Well, I like cashews, so what.

You're site is neither bizarre, nor very amateurish. The colors are too dark (in tone). More content up front... or at least bigger thumbs. Tell them to join, or these girls will starve and die. Sell them. Never think your shit is so good it will just magically sell itself.

oh, and rework your math in your sig. "240% satisfaction?" I think 100% is fine, no need to ever go more than 100%.

I actually work for "TripleXMedia" that might not look too good if anyone else sees it up there.

It's more or less been said - simply shut it down. Seriously. Jumping straight in with a paysite is just plain daft. You know nothing about the business, traffic generation, how to convert.... the list goes on.

Start with the basics first and IF you manage to make money with them then maybe try it. That's a huge IF though.

must concur with everyone and also say that cross niche promotion is tuff. Either go amateur or bizarre. If you go bizarre then make it fucking bizarre. If you go amateur then make it amateur. Finally, get someone to write your copy who actually speaks english.

Well, I won't tell you to get out of the biz. I'll give you some honest feedback.

- First of all 2000 uniques is NOTHING. It's peanuts.

- Secondly, the layout is very bad in my opinion. Right From the start, your age verification page shows stuff that kids can't see. You're asking to leave if you're not an adult, when you're showing a girl with some vegetable inside her. Strip clubs card you at the entrance, not when you're next to the stage. So you should have an age verification page before this, and keep it CLEAN. Put pictures, but nothing like nipples or snatch shots.

- It took me a while to find the Tour button. Off the main page, a user should be able to find the JOIN and TOUR buttons fast. You don't have a join button off the main page, only through the end of the tour. Avoid putting important stuff like that at the bottom of the page. Should be in the middle, larger than the rest and it should catch the eye. With these colors, use a large yellow font.

- The tour is bad. Can't click on anything, I can't see if you're giving me webcam shots or real pics. The pictures aren't enticing. And if you would entice me, I can't click join. I have to go through the rest of the tour.

A tour should work very simply. Here's a quick example of it.

This way it's not confusing. Every page serves one purpose and then if the guy wants to join, he clicks in right away. If page 1 did the job, then don't make him click through 3 more pages to join, you remove the spontaneous reaction at that point.

I'd say it needs a complete redesign, change the word Bizarre to wild or crazy. Dirty girls, they're not "bizarre". Bizarre is vacuum pumps, and the real freaky stuff.

Also, have someone translate what you want to say. If you want to make an english site, make sure it's proper english.
