Client: ?When someone visits the website, I want them to be able to put their hand on the monitor. The monitor will then scan their hand to confirm who they are. I think that would be a lot more engaging. How much extra would that functionality cost??

That one really made me chuckle... I had a client once that asked me for something similar. He wanted floating translucent panels that he could fling around the screen with an interactive glove like in the movie Minority Report.

I told him, that's a movie. That stuff doesn't really exist.

Paper money is expensive art - and it can't be fake. It sucks when a service is not good enough - customers will get pissed off.
