Speaking of cats, I think they can unravel the roll both in the over and under positions - if they really want to.

In the USMC for room inspections you have to have it over... In addition you have to have an EGA (logo) iron transfer on the first three squares... I shit you not.

Everyone makes their "inspection roll" that they replace after "the man" comes through, hahahha
