Free Signup/Email Sponsor and incentivizing
 

Ok guys heres the deal...

I have a shitload of $5(3 day) and $10(10 day) prepaid porn membership cards.

Id like to give these away as incentive for signing up to a free site (preferably no cc). Email would be easiest but any free signup would work.

Would any sponsors be ok with this? There is nothing blackhat or spammy about the way ill be driving the traffic. I just know some sponsors arent 100% cool with incentives, but i have been doing a lot of cpa stuff lately. Now getting back into adult i wasnt sure what will fly and what wont as far as using incentives go.

I know lot of mainstream sponsors accepting incentive traffic
but they pay max 1$ per zip mail submit

I was really looking for something adult. no one knows of an email/free sponsor that would allow this?

I can't see incentivized offers working without a credit card behind it. People will volunteer emails really easy in exchange for something but the value to the sponsor is really low for this.
