I see sites like Extreme-Board dot com accepting donations from paypal.

That is not only an adult site, but also an ILLEGAL forum with links to complete MEMBERS areas RIPs and Stolen content... Judging by the amount of thanks they get in the "donation" post, I guess they are receiving a big ammount of donations each day.

And they use PAYPAL... Strange.

Paypal does do adult novelties. The only problem I have similar to IBill, is that PayPal took a lot of Cash from those of us who used them back in the day.

I have been batteling this issue for quite a while and trust me, you wont get anywhere with complaints. Paypal does not give a shit.
All message boards accept payment from Paypal through the donation system, many even create dummy sites to fool paypal. But even if you complain, paypal never bothers.
The only way you can lock someone from doing is to make them a small donation and complain to paypal with your paypal id that you did not get the porn you were promised. They will then ban you and the board's email ID which of course can be created again easily by boards.
Somehow every other visitor here has been bitching about tubes, which I fully agree with, but no one seems to notice that boards have literally destroyed the porn industry by selling cheap subscriptions to all the stolen content. There is no 2257 docs required for them, no problem of billing processors going bankrupt, no problems of buying content, no need to market.
Take a look at exbii.com, the biggest indian board out there.
Do a search of any website's videos and chances are that you will find every one of them

It seems ILLEGAL forums are INMUNE to any legal action. I would also add a huge DEVIL like PORNBB dot org to the list.

Man.. If anyone can tell which ADULT sponsor/s don't have their VALUABLE CONTENT RIPPED and given away for free on extreme-board and/or pornbb dot org, Im sure a lot of people will promote their paysites. But, It's almost impossible to find such sponsor nowadays.

It seems like a LOST battle right now, unless there is some very important change in Internet Law, with the consense of many countries. Otherwise, this is only going to get worse.

I know someone who did use paypal to make payment for adult and got his account frozen. So no, I don't think paypal allow adult.

Happened to me before too and that is what is so fucked up about the head up the ass people at Paypal, they will let this big illegal boards make thousands using Paypal but some dude sends a few bucks and gets frozen.

A "donation" is fine.

If you want to make it really complicated, paypal may think that a "donation for purposes of promoting theft" is not fine.

send that board a donation and put in the info box that its for a DVD-r copy of (whatever big film is in the cinema at the moment) then complain to paypal that he sent you a cam copy. that should do the trick.

As far as I know, some people reported it to paypal some time ago, but PAYPAL is still processing them.
