What Affiliate Software to go with? (or should I just stick with JUMBO from Jettis?)

Our affiliate program is going to be launched in May, and we have got most everything setup, except the actual affiliate system. Jettis is our main processor, so I am wondering if we should just use their JUMBO saffiliate software, or go with someone else?

Jettis charges 1% of your transactions per month for their software. We expect to do and average of $20,000 per month for the first year, which means we will pay $2400 for the software for the first year. That seems a bit too high? Any software out there that is just as good and costs much less? What would you go with?

CCbills is free and works just as well if not better then JUMBO. You also the the most amazing customer service staff I have seen with any company in any industry. Also Jumbos contract is like a bible. I took forever to get through it and when i did, I could not get into to go through my fax machine because it was so thick. Serioulsy! haha
Jettis seems like a great company and they are friendly and I am not knocking them at all, but I do not see how you could top the support and service ccbill provides.

Ask for Sean E over there in sales. 1-888-906-0666 At least you will have some choices then.

yes, CCbill is a great company. Problem (if you can call it that) is we are getting a 9.99% rate from Jettis and that is hard to beat, so we are gonna stick with them as the main processor.

Wondering what other affiliate software is out there that is better if anyone knows?

depends on the features.
that's not that expensive.
x3scripts will cost you about $5k

affiliatetracking.com can be cheap to start with but you pay a monthly fee and clicks fee if your clicks are over number allowed for the package you choose. you would also need to check first if they can integrate with jettis.

committing yourself to one billco's interface is just a way of begging for trouble.

imho there are three good affiliate software back ends and only one of them is for sale as far as i know.

someone told me to refer them to one of these before, and if they used it. I get $500 in free content. They used it, I still haven't seen my content.

If you wanna run the show then go to http://groundbreak.com and get that UA. Good software, great price, some big guns run it around here ;)

Triple 6, I have seen that script a few times. Was curious, who are some of the big guns who are using it? I am not looking for anything for myself, but a friend of mine is looking for an affiliate software as well and he is looking at that exact script right now. Any feedback you have is great. If you don't want to mention names on the boards, would you mind emailing me? [email protected]

thank you

Bryce... glad to have you coming on board as a client. Keeping in mind that 9.9% deal, you're looking at approximately 11% for processing plus full blown affiliate software...not to bad. ;-)

The option you choose to go with depends on what you're looking for in the software. JUMBO is integrated purely with our processing engine which, as Hooper points out, may not be the ideal solution if you are looking to diversify. We've received nothing but pleasant comments however, and support the spectrum of commission structures (revshare, pay per join or click and active member). We also have several clients running their own, or other 3rd Party affiliate software and have been able to integrate very easily.

PerfectionGirls... sorry to hear the agreement scared you away...we don't usually hear to much about the JUMBO licensing agreement, but have once or twice on the 3rd Party agreement. BTW, these are being revised to make it a bit less painful on the fax machines. ;-)

Happy New Year...See us at Internext!
