Google Toolbar kills exit consoles ?
Was this posted ? I haven't even read it thoroughly yet. Going to have to test this.
Browser control The onUnload JavaScript event is most often used to open pop-up windows as you leave a page, which can be an annoyance. The following feature will clear the onUnload event after loading each page. |
Is this a new feature? I've been using the toolbar for ages and never seen pop-ups been stopped.
|
Don't know if it was posted here, but it was added as a feature back in 05/02...IMO, nothing to worry about...very few 'average users' actually use the toolbar (in the big picture) & of those that do, an even smaller % have the desire/know-how to modify the default settings.

I works great!!
Better than other popup killers. |
I don't want mine killed, and I use the toolbar... will the default settings kill any? I hope not...

This article might help to clear things up.
