Idea to stop illegal tubesites

Hey, I am not a pro at internet stuff but I thought of an idea how to stop those pesky tube sites who steal content and dont pay attention to DMCAs....

Follows a few assumptions...

1. Since these illegal tube sites dont bother with dmcas or do anything they are supposed to do, they are probably run by a single person or two since all they need to do is keep it running and put on new illegal videos.

2. They try to claim innocence by allowing users to upload videos which they don't check.

SOOOOOO....

why not identify an illegal tube site that is blatantly being bad, and upload tons of videos that consist of 5 seconds of porn so their thumbnail shows up like a video but then the rest of the video is of someone taking a crap or something like that.

If multiple producers are getting shitted on by one tube site, couldnt a handful of people really fuck their site up until they comply with DMCA notices?

Any thoughts ideas? I dreamed this up last night to be honest literally had this as a dream and havent really thought it through, so idk....

fuck yourself

brentbacardi 05-15-2010 02:33 PM

why? do you steal my videos? :o

I dont even have time to do this... just an interesting dream. Nor would I suggest doing this to a site that might have accidentally got stuff up there. Im saying if MULTIPLE producers keep sending notices and dont hear back months later... come on. That is fucked up.

I dont even think pornhub is bad because they take my shit down whenever i send them a notice in like 1 hr.... so im not talking about that.

It's rare that someone would not check user uploads. User uploads are usually checked within a few days.

Good luck with that. Read the terms before uploading though :)

The music industry tried this and failed.

The movie industry tried this and failed.

But I am sure it will work for porn.

:error The Music industry tried to upload millions of fake clips to tube sites? That's new, wow you really like to grasp at straws to defend piracy on this forum.

Davy 05-16-2010 08:36 AM

Won't work. User uploads are either not allowed or are checked for quality eventually.
Note that a tube site will usually extract several screenshots that are used for the thumbnail. So it can be checked very easily.

camgirlshide 05-16-2010 09:48 AM

I have another idea - don't promote any sponsors that support illegal tubes.

pornmasta 05-16-2010 10:32 AM

Check if the tube site convert the video from avi to flash.
Hex edit a very tiny avi to changes it sizes like it was a big avi file.
Create a bot that works with proxies:
The bot opens an account and upload the video
Start again over and over until the website's ressources are overloaded
Finally go to jail and take a video of your ass.
Upload the video to the tube site.
Now you are famous in the gay community.
