Maybe you can answer a question that I never got help with.

I tried to use a domain with stargateinc and they say your nameservers are invalid, even months after you started offering the service.

I got one response back from a few emails, and no answer on your message board.

I wanted to use the service but have no clue why I couldn't use your nameservers, never had that happen before.
