Traffic Manager or Specialist
 

This is a part time position to start. Once more sites come online, it will become a full time position. You can start with a few hours a day, and as need grows, we'll expand.

I will provide all of the tools.

1. Tube Site CMS(s).
2. Design Work.
3. Access to Various Niche Content.
4. Built in Partner Submission System.
5. Unlimited Hosting.

Your goal would be to take each niche oriented site and generate a consistent traffic stream. Once you get one site rolling, we would move on to the next and so on. Obviously this is not going to be attractive to anyone established. So there is no need to state the obvious.

I have started getting additional customers outside of the established adult forums and looking to invest in adult. This service will tie into my hosting/content/mentoring and other options I am providing to new clients. It will be an add on service, monthly recurring, with targeted traffic. Over time, I may consider opening up to a larger audience.

There is a lot of money out there and frankly it's getting to where I simply need to grow and delegate different pieces to different parties to keep expanding the offering. Between the hosting, content, CMS and other things that people are taking advantage of. This is just the beginning. I am looking at developing some new online tools as well that will be available to my clients.

I also need to know how many hours you are available for something like this per week, and any skills you have in driving traffic. Link trades, trade scripts, SEO, accomplishments, etc.. Please provide as much information as possible. I am looking to find someone by June 1st if possible.
