Epassporte account services is fucking worthless.
 
After defending them for years - I have to say this: ePassporte account services is two steps below anything I've ever encountered.

I had to verify my own personal account, which took nearly 5 minutes, to have some jackass refuse to tell me what their wire information is so I can fund a corporate account.

For fuck's sake, Michael - I don't know how you get anything done. Your support staff is fucking worthless. Period.

Yes, they made me validate my OWN account to refuse to tell me their incoming wire information. Good job, I will not be renewing my electron card in 17 days.

When I asked for increases on my account, I had to send in my docs like 7 times to get finally done. Was a hassle to say the least and must have taken 2 weeks if not longer.

Finally did get all taken care of though.

I've always had great response from Michael O. I've had both their CS support team and a corporate rep refuse to give me the information to send them a wire - after authenticating myself as a valid account holder.

I've always wondered how one man can run an entire company the size of EPASS by himself? Including support for the whole adult industry. He, and Bari from Monikor, seem to be the only people working at their company's.

I swear Micheal O is the only person working at that place. It's a great service but the support is absolutely non existent with the exception of Micheal who is pretty amazing at getting stuff done quickly.

Epass is the worst fucking company in the history. I always had problems with them and
0 support.

I ditched them long ago.

I called tel. support once and guy who responded had same voice as abu from simpsons.Also i dont understood why they dont hire someone else for icq support as well so can Michael O have break sometime.
