Mac Users, what is your email client of choice?
 

I have been a long time OSX Mail user as it is simple. I just ran into Thunderbird 3 and it looks AWESOME.

I was wondering what you Mac folks are using.

I use Mail mostly but do use Thunderbird for some stuff that is mostly work related. That way the family does not get emails from work accounts if I fuck up.

gmail.com.... and MS exchange 2010... Mail has been sucking ass connecting to my IMAPS... thumbs down and highly K-Man Disapproved.

Have you ever checked out Mailplane for Gmail? I know people that swear by it.

Entourage

Same issues here. Tried Postbox for a while but it began to suck so back to Mac Mail.

Rules in Mac Mail suck :(
Entourage takes forever to get emails.

How does it take forever?

If you use Mac Mail and Entourage side by side - even with check mail every 1 minute for me at least Entourage always is very slow at least 2 or 3 minutes behind Mac Mail. Especially if you have multiple email addresses.

Thunderbird wouldn't hook into my Address Book. At least when I tried it long ago it wouldn't, maybe it does now. But that was a deal breaker for me. Not about to hand input all my addresses special just for a mail client.

I've used thunderbird for years, mail.app is decent too.

mailplaneapp.com look amazing so I bought it, but my main personal email account @cox.net doesnt work on it...

Thunderbird 3 looks amazing

gmail. i have it tied into mail, but don't really use it anymore.

What you can do is just forward your cox.net mail into one of your google apps addresses and set it up so that you can reply from that cox address like this.

I use entourage - it's connected to MS mail server + Blackberry server...works great

gmail works better for me than anything else
