What programs do you guys use to cut clips
 

I wanna cut out parts from members videos and make little 1-2 minute clips.

Whats the best program to cut those up?

Good luck finding your answer. I am interested in getting such a program, as well. Please reply with FREE programs. Are there any FREE programs out there that do this?

Doesnt have to be a free program. I'm willing to buy, or just find a torrent :P

I use sony vegas...

muvee Reveal is fantastic to create short videoclips to post on tubesites. But if you are looking only to cut parts of videos i think Pinnacle Studio would be easy enough.
For a cheaper solution i think that you could first convert them to avi files with Any Video Converter FREE, then cut out the 2 minutes using VirtualDub (free as well)
