I would think they are just covering themselves legally.. I would imagine they deal with things on a case by case basis. If someone was slandering my program.. and it was serious enough.. you are god damn right I would close your account.

I mean 1/3 the normal signups,

I agree with you 100% Unleash_Hell! If you make a "slanderous" statement towards any business not just adult, there should be some retribution.

For SexEntertain's program, I just started using it and it is doing well for me. Real well!! The free content they give us is awesome and probably has been helping with my good ratio with them!
