Suddenly a popup in my window. Universitry diploma's how come?
 

Hi,

I was working at my PC, and suddenly there was a popup window. Not a html popup, but more like a windows messagebox popup.

ANy idea how they send that? and how I can block it?

I have all secury ptaches installed, and no kazaa, gator, etc installed as well.

Also no temp internetfiles, etc, I am a real paranoid person :) SO any idea? Or where I can find more info?

yeah, they are using the 'windows popup' messenger and IP spamming anyone who has their windows messaging service turned on.

Do some searches on google and I think there were some threads on GFY a while back about how to block them. Best way is just to turn off your windows messaging.

Yeah can't turn it off because we need it for some sysadmin stuff. Think best thing to do is block 135-140

I know already thnx. BUT the proiblem is we need that messanger service for our antivirus software on the netwerk.

So now I have to delete a nescesarry piece of service to prevend spam. How stupid! Fucking spammers! Fucking Microsoft
