I've always been more of a 599 fan but that thing looks pretty nice for a track car. And the addition of turbos should make it pretty interesting. I'm interested in seeing how they size/balance the turbos for that engine.

they are retarded for that. the markets are changing, and high profile sports car brand or not, they will need to change with it.

i'm with you, i think they could make a very sweet quattroporte along the lines of the maserati, but even better.

PS didn't like the look of the original, but I am liking the look of this one. Trimming back on the nose helped, and the change to the body styling helps.

i'm a purist, some cars shouldn't be 4 dr. i understand arguments, evolving with markets, blablabla but do what you do best, and its 2 door sports cars

and since maserati is their sister company they really do not need to build one

they've shown time and again there is no overlap b/w the 2 marques. they cater to 2 very different buyers.

Ferrari has already built a four door vehicle. They definitely will be building them in the future as well, even Lamborghini their closest competitor in the extreme-luxury vehicles is building a 4 door vehicle. The only site that I can even say spewing that information is motorauthority.. pretty interesting to say the least.

edit: I believe the Ferrari F40 from the late 80's was a 2.7 litre V8 with twin turbo's. It was also one of the most race-worthy ferrari street cars ever built. They barely put any paint on it. Why? Because more coats of paint would have added unnecessary weight :P

how much do you have to be worth to throw away that kind of money on a car you would drive about once a week, if that?
In a hot climate you could get away with driving it more often but anywhere else, it's a serious waste of money.

Thats just a car designers marketing ploy to find out how many people come with a deposit and say they should build one.

lolz, that's not a production ferrari whatsoever. that was a one off custom built by pininfarina (not ferrari) for a sheik or prince or wtfever the guy was.
