What niches illegal in Australia?
 

Actually I live in Sydney, but maybe it's the same in other states.

I was thinking of starting a pissing TGP, and wondered if there were any legality issues? I think it's OK, but just wondered if anyone knew anything different.

I know there was a scare about 6 months ago, about legality of internet porn in general, but I think that was all dumped - in NSW anyway.

As far as I know. the only niches that are definately illegal are underage, rape, and possibly bestiality.

I'm an Aussie content provider and so far as I am aware the only thing I know of you cant shoot here are Underage, Beast and Real Rape..which is all obvious really - anythign else goes.

(You can get charged for outdoor stuff - but really it depends on the cop who cathces you.- its just a $50 fine )

It's only illegal to host Hardcore on an OZ server - maybe that is what you were thinking of.
