VideoCharge is a nice program.

I especially love how I can cut a full length into segments without re-rendering the clips (for clip store use). However, it is good for watermarking, and simple rendering as well.

Not compared to other programs I use like Adobe Premiere, or Sorenson Squeeze Pro.

Actually, no, freeware is just that - free. you are getting mixed up with shareware.
