New Ink
 

Got some new ink this weekend. Im one step closer to completing my back piece. I have about 3-4 more sessions left to finish coloring the dragon, down my spine, and recolor/touchup the koi.

Very nice!!! Are you going to blend them or keep them separate? I've been thinking I need a touch up and addition to the small one I have on my hip but that means like a week of walking around with my ass out, that shit hurts! lol

Unfortunately, I started that before Miami Ink got popular... now it's like a waiting game... I haven't had a session in a year :(

That and he's jacked the rates up so high it's fucking ridiculous...

I lived in Japan for over a year. I can't go into some bath houses because of all the ink I have... I keep everything below the collar and above the arms though for reasons along these lines :P

I don't know anyone out of Miami & not sure where you're based but I've got a few reccomendations for you if you want to get it finished by someone else.


Central Florida there's a shop in Orlando called Cast Iron Tattoo, http://castirontattoos.com (don't judge them by their site, LOL) it's run by Danny Knight. Danny runs a super tight ship and everyone there is kick ass. I think Bobby would probably be best to finish this.

Up in Jacksonville there's Inksmith and Rogers. http://www.inksmithtattoo.com . Several of my buddies have Mike Wilson tattoos and they are fucking amazing.

If you're in the Tampa bay area on the Tampa side there's Red Letter 1, http://www.redletter1.com . Everyone there is sick amazing but they are going to be $$. Still I'm willing to bet cheaper than Ami is and they blow him out of the water.

On the clearwater / pinellas county side there's Classic Tattoo- http://www.myspace.com/classictattoos . Also a tightly run shop that has solidly good people in it.
