EFFING Paypal will not accept my cards.
 

Trying to pay a designer and Paypal refuses every card we have. Credit, Debit and Electron. :mad:

Don't suggest we pay with Epassporte as that does not take money like it used to. Just bloody mad.

Could be the address. Normally using a card online is easy. Just fucking Paypal and them being stupid.

you did activate the cards for online use? had to do that at KB before i could use them

What do you mean by "refusing"? What message are you getting? Unless it's a card issued in another country that you are trying to use from your Czech IP, I don't see how your card can get refused.

One of my domain registrars used to refuse all payments from IPs from my country, so I used to call my friend in London and give him my CC details, so he could pay for my domains... but I doubt that PayPal would block Czech IPs.

Maybe you could use bank account to paypal exchanger if nothing else.

We solved the problem by wiring the money. Fuck PP.

I hate Paypal. But I also notice that paypal does not like designers. The first time I ever paid a designer using paypal I got my account shut down for an audit. I was able to get it all straightened out after a lot of inconvenient faxing and scanning of documents, but I am thinking that maybe designers get alot of asshole clients that want to charge back because they don't like the work and this makes their Paypal accounts more difficult to work with.

You can buy green dot Money Paks at 7/11 and gas stations to fund paypal. :)

I recently had an email off of paypal saying they were going to start restricting country to country transactions for some countries but I can't find it.
