Cropping on right click

What is the best program for cropping images out of windows explorer after right clicking? Years ago I used Web Image Guru for that. Any suggestions?

I generally just do a print screen, and then open in either Photo Shop or Paint.

FastStone Capture is great for cropping anything and taking screencaps.
