does anyone know anything about adultwebmasterschool.com good or bad?

I learnt all I know from there, this time next year i might be able to quit my mcdonalds job!

I would not waste my $$ on that.. He charges $140 for common information that can be found on any good webmaster resource site.

Its a ploy to make $$ off newbies, and im sure its working quite well $.

I own the site. Many people from this board are my students... I have students making 1200+/week after only being enrolled for 8 weeks.

To be truthful, a friend of mine enrolled in AWS about a year and a half ago after he saw an ad in a magazine. After he finished he started making just as ganja said, like $1200/week. After that he had a big mouth and started to tell all his friends (like me) about how much cash he was making from TGPs and stuff. Luckily I was one of those friends and he got me into the business.

Nowadays I make alot more money and are a lot better at this business than my friend is, which is rather ironic. So, even though I learned the biz from my friend, I essentially got my start due to adult webmaster school.

Its not a scam, and its a measly $140 total to learn everything you need to know. I highly endorse it to anyone who is considering it.

We emphasize the new webmasters to start with gallery making. We teach how to use the various programs and where to obtain them, etc... we have full video tutorials for all sorts of various adult webmaster tasks. We have many guides or "how to's" on everything from shooting your own content, to making your own paysite. Full support also chatroom and forum. Students are very likely to help eachother and often come up with unique ideas and strategies... unlike many of the other resource sites who rely on referrals to make their income, we dont do that. This is back in 01 02, i dont know who it was, there was plenty of discussion on net_pond about it, thats were i remember reading about the newbies who charged back and were unhappy about your program.

The front of the site just looks like a big sell to me, with little information other then the high hopes of making a lot of cash with online porn.

IF your school is good and its actually worth the $140
meaning newbies can actually learn something rather then being taken for a ride, then hats off to you to guys...

That's like saying it's gay to buy a book. Yes, you *can* learn it all on your own, but it will take A LOT more trial & error and a lot more time.

If you learn ONE THING from it that makes more than $140, then it's worth it...

I've seen the inside and it's great. I've recommended it to all of my friends who want to get into this biz. It's good information that works.

I joined the adultwebmasterschool a year and a half ago and it was the BEST thing I ever did. I think their tuition is too low.
When I talk to people who are considering them I always recommend joining.

Excellent tutorials and great support.

Morgan who I think co-founded it is one of the most talented webmasters I've ever seen.

I'll say this...I joined AWS back when I first started doing this back in July of 2001 and Morgan and Phil were genuinely helpful.

Sure you can find this stuff on the net, but I didn't know where to look.

The lessons were fairly simple to follow, but what helped the most was their critiquing.

Can I say I owe all my successes to them? NO...but they did help set me on the right path.

I'm a happy graduate. Sure they teach stuff that can be found elsewhere but as a newbie you don't have a clue on where to find it. It's a good service and well worth $140. I made that back in the first week.

The only complaint I have is that it is so good they are turning out more and more competent newbies that I have to compete with! :winkwink:

Morgan is one of the smartest webmasters on the net and Im sure you can learn alot at his school for a measly 140$ sounds to cheap. He is one of a few I ask advice from.

Im not sure if phil is going out there. I will be there for internext as well as AVN. My new partner is more there for AVN, im more there for Internext so we will be at both. Not sure which dates though... I will also be there for the CES show.

Anyone know anything about Adult Biz 101 ? It looks like the same deal as AWS and its a heck of alot cheaper.

I think I remember them. We had a few copy cats, a couple of which took our materials and reposted them as their own. We put a stop to it fast. Not sure if this is one of those sites though. Dont know anything about them, they could be great for all I know.

Im not quite sure what they do there, never seen the site before. Might be similar to what we teach. We start people, usually newbies... how to make money with net porn. plain and simple. like I stated above, we start them off with gallery making since its a quick way to generate traffic and make some sales... We dont depend on referrals, we show what we feel works. I know it works because I did the exact thing myself and felt I could show just about anyone how to do the same. I'm a very, very happy graduate! AWS set me on the right path. I haven't been on the site in quite a while, but it was money well spent then, and I'm sure it's gotten better since I've been gone. Mighty fine and helpful resource for newbies. Hmm...Maybe I should sign up for a refresher course...

I always thought betabrigade was akin to XBiz. Promote sites using THEIR referral codes and get paid less than what you would if you got paid promoting the sites on your own.

If you have just started out, join it, you will learn a hell of a lot.

The tutorials teach you everything in a step by step way.

And the message boards are a zillion times better than any other newbie boards I have seen.

$140 is a bargain for what you get.

And they don't spam you with their ref codes like BetaBrigade do.

I wouldn't bank on earning the $1200 a week though. Times are hard.

I would have to agree with greentea ... If you just take a little time to look thru the various webmaster resource sites you can teach yourself this shit for free so why waste the money? unless you're rich and have money to throw in the trash in which case send it my way LOL

I also enrolled in AWS, got my off on the right track, taught me a lot, and I even stuck around for a while helping the other students out.

Thats one of the best things there, your teachers are still submitting and doing other things in the industry, and you are able to talk to them, bounce ideas off of them, and get a good solid response, not a flame thread a mile long.

It's worth $140, and if you don't make it back within 5 weeks of joining and following their tutorials, you get it back.

I started in Jan 01, knowing nothing about it, and made my 140 and then some real quick.

joining something like this could shorten the learning curve a bit. when i started there wasn't anywhere near the info there is now on getting started, something like this would have been a boost for sure.

ok, i am almost sold on aws and i want to enroll. been making sites with hardly traffic and yadi yadi ya.

my question is, do their claims of 500-1200 REALISTIC for new newbies coming out from aws?

making the money back i can see.. 140.. thats like 4 signups. but 500-1200?

I recommend AWS too. Best $140 I ever spent. Very helpful people. I wouldn't have learned as much as fast on my own.
