SoCalCash "Unheard of Support"
I signed up with these clowns(SoCalCash) on Thursday and got the standard bot generated welcome aboard message. Only problem is the userid and password does not give me access to their content, so there is nothing is promote.
Their webmaster page says.... "Webmaster Support that is unheard of in the industry" Since I have tried to contact them 4 times via email and gotten zippo response over the last 4 days, I guess that means that once you sign up, don't expect to hear from their suppport ever again.... What kind of bullshit program is this anyway? ronbotx:helpme |
So maybe they meant their support was unheard of because nobody's heard back from em yet? :)

Back when I used to contact them, used to get replies in hours, at most a day. Um... try the email address for elvis. I think that is the one I used to use. Or try icq. I think they have ICQ #s posted?

the guys from socalcash need to create you an account in order to get content. It's a holidays period. Give them some time. Few galleries less won't hurt anyone and since there's a greek behind the program :321GFY |

why is it people without a life expect everyone else to put their life on hold for them. It's X-Mas time GODDAMNIT. if that happens mid Jan you have something to complain about, but now it means the guy is just eating some turkey with his family, get over it.

Yeah come on guys you can't always expect awesome support from everyone all the time. Not everyone has 24 hour staff monitoring your support emails.
Although I am still AMAZED at how good www.epochsystems.com is damn I needed 22 of my sites password files changed within there system, within 1.5 hours they email me back saying "All done, anything else we can help you with" That from a Sunday morning is pretty damn impressive. CCbill & PSW have yet to contact me but 1-2 days is acceptable. Sammy |

I'm quite calm actually. I do think that no response to a support request over 3-4 days is pretty poor. Christmas breaks are fine, but one would think that someone would be "minding the store"....

So Cal guys are good people, I talk to them
a few times a month. Even we take breaks, weekends off. I am sure something is behind their delay. Maybe they lost your email, I have done that myself before. |

Still one of my Fav programes recurrs better than just about anything and the support is 1st class there allways hitting me up on ICQ asking me If I need some fresh content or just a chat.
Most programes could learn about support from these guys. :thumbsup |
