Question about nats 4, join submits

So I'm using a new sponsor with Nats4 and It says 48 submits and 4 signups. Is that 48 people who have submitted the join form and agreed to the $24,95 cost?

Correct, this is the amount of times they have submitted after the pre-join form.

Ok. damn 48 submits and only 4 joins. They need to customize the join page better I think.
