TickleCash 04-25-2010 10:40 PM

Toni 04-25-2010 11:18 PM

I use Kaspersky and I am very happy with it

SGS 04-25-2010 11:45 PM

Kaspersky hands down.

PersianKitty 04-25-2010 11:50 PM

Kaspersky here also.

Danny B 04-26-2010 12:25 AM

Kaspersky

Arnox 04-26-2010 12:34 AM

Not downloading .exes from dodgy sites.

There's no other way of getting viruses... seriously. I haven't used an anti virus in about 5+ years, never had any issues and on the off chance I do use one, everything comes back clean.

DWB 04-26-2010 01:43 AM

I use AVAST and never have a problem.

yourpussy 04-26-2010 03:05 AM

AVAST and kaspersky is the best choice

Chosen 04-26-2010 03:57 AM

Avast is the best one for me so far :thumbsup
The worst one probably Norton :)

Avast - 100% free ;)

RaiderCash_Dominik 04-26-2010 07:12 AM

last time I used kaspersky it made my laptop load so slow. The application was so huge and thats why I switched to NOd32.
maybe I should try Avast.

Amputate Your Head 04-26-2010 07:19 AM

Best Antivirus: Not using Windows.

Cyber Fucker 04-26-2010 08:05 AM

I use Avast and Sophos. :thumbsup

firequartz 04-26-2010 08:17 AM

OSX or any Linux variant ... or just never going on the internet .. or having friends

bronco67 04-26-2010 09:47 AM

Microsoft Security Essentials was just rated pretty highly in a magazine review I read. I replaced Avast on a couple of my machines, and it's been great so far. Very low profile and its free.

Programs like Norton or the other big ones take over your machine and are constantly nagging you and sucking up system resources. Stay away from those.

Slick 04-26-2010 10:35 AM

I use NOD32 on my main pc and Avast Pro on my laptop, both have been pretty damn good.

MediaGuy 04-26-2010 01:04 PM

AVG Free edition. Never had a problem. Runs smooth and light.

I don't understand, unless it was out of date, what the problem with your version was...

:D

Dirty Lord 04-26-2010 01:05 PM

avira, karpersky, avast....

2012 04-26-2010 01:09 PM

slapping this on top of your AV couldn't hurt

cardinalvices 04-26-2010 01:14 PM

Kaspersky, hands down. Tried McAffee, Kaspersky and F-Secure. Only that Russian bastard found like 18 viruses, the rest only saw like 3-5.

Elli 04-26-2010 01:33 PM

I've tried them all and have been quite happy with Comodo for the past six months or so. No infections, no trouble, no slowing things down. It's free, too. That and Windows Security Essentials keeps me clean.

Tulku 04-26-2010 01:35 PM

Kaspersky here

3xTom 04-26-2010 01:36 PM

Mac ....

ATL_Ryan 04-26-2010 01:45 PM

Avira :thumbsup

I have used Black Ice, TrendMicro and now using Avast. Just cleaned another virus from my pc.

:(

devine 04-26-2010 02:46 PM

Kaspersky couldn't catch most of the latest viruses propagated on pdf last months and it's a false alarm machine. If you're really serious about security, I'd say ESET or AVAST are the way to go. That coming from a former Kaspersky user.

Domain Broker 04-26-2010 03:35 PM

Everyone has their own opinion, it's a retarded question.

ditto... I have been using it now instead of NOD32 and it works great.

Nasty 04-26-2010 06:54 PM

nod32 on all my boxes :thumbsup

dav3 04-26-2010 07:00 PM

avast here

norton/symantec/mcafee/trend micro are all super bloated and will noticeably slow your system down

The Dawg 04-26-2010 07:01 PM

NOD32 along with Malwarebytes.
