Adult Virtual Host?
 

Any suggestions where I can setup a cheap virtual account? I just want something to use for project development.. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

It doesn't specifically have to be an 'adult' virtual host if you're only using it for dev, and especially if you lock down access. You're not selling memberships or providing access to the general public. Just find a cheap host anywhere. Or run your own dev server.
I run an apache dev server here. Works perfectly and keeps project dev isolated to my studio.

hosting is damn cheap these days.. there is no reason to pay 300 bucks for a Xeon dedicated server anymore..

and you can get VIRTUAL hosting for pennies.

AMP, yea!! totally thought about just setting up a box at home with apache, but i'm unable to have a static ip at home :-( -- this would make accessing the box from elsewhere a pain!

Ahhhh, yeah. I have Business Class Internet here so static IPs aren't a problem. It wouldn't work out well with a dynamic IP. Oh well, hosts are cheap. Good luck :)
