I watched it last night on my Panasonic BD60 without a problem.

BTW I was just in Target and they had the AVATAR Blu Ray and DVD combo on sale for $15.99 :thumbsup

Surprisingly enough, they've kept this one locked down. There's still no HD torrent available for download, and most of the time they're available 2 weeks before release.

Actually, I just checked and one finally popped up within the last few hours.

I haven't checked to see if mine works or not. I wasn't aware of any issues with them playing or not playing. There doesn't seem to be any extra features or anything like that, but at $20 for a Bluray and DVD, it's worth having for the time being.

Original dvd's are pretty hard to crack, you'd have better luck checking the torrents for it.

Huh? Can't you just stick it in your DVD drive and rip it to your hard drive with any number of programs? I do it all the time and have a media server setup in my house.

edit: maybe you mean blu-ray, but I'm pretty sure programs like anydvdHD will rip those too without a problem.

Yeah I thought that was pretty amazing myself. I bought it on Bluray at the midnight release at Best Buy. It froze my player for a good 20 minutes before I could get the disk out and put it in my ps3. I would suggest upgrading your firmware first if not using a ps3.

Forget about making one, I can get a pirated Blu Ray for $3.57.

I still went to see it in the theater in 3D. For $8.47.

Update the firmware on your BluRay player if you're not using a PS3 :P
