Traffic Tube vs Pay Site Tube (Screen Shots)
 

I am wondering for those who do either pay site tubes, or traffic tubes, (assuming you are getting quality traffic versus Turkey/Chinese/etc.) look similar in regards to your stats?

A couple of quick notes to keep in mind. I deal in fetish/niche, so these are not mainstream tubes sites. Also they are not going to be junk traffic, and volume. They are going to be more targeted/SEO driven. I mention this only to be fair in that regard as a mass volume, untargeted site's numbers will be different.

On the traffic tube, the thing that really surprised me was the extremely low bounce rate. Especially considering that site is almost all TRAILERS for video clips (15-60 seconds). Not the typical tube site clips of 20 minutes or whatever they are.

On the pay site tube, those show a 30 second preview from the beginning of the scene. After that, they either buy or move on.

While it may not be of interest to anyone else in regards to the tube site discussion. I found it interesting in the patterns and trends. Either way, the tube site model, even against old traditional pay sites (wizard behind the curtain business model), does much better in regards to my own markets.

I would have to pull the CTR for the same time period, but if memory serves. The tube site's CTR was also much higher than the traditional sites and blogs. With the exception of one old TGP I still had. Which for some reason gets a shit load of CTR.

Bounce rate extremely impressive. Your stats show why many intelligent paysite owners are switching their sites to tube sites (ask Robbie). I continue, however, to muddle through like it's 2003. I just discovered animated GIFs!!

I hear ya. I knew Robbie had switched to a Tube Pay Site last year. I wanna say around June when I had launched my first one. Thanks for the kudos. I would be interested to know if Robbie has similar stats/trends on his Pay Tube.
