Oh I hate thread titles like that too, but now you're here.

Has anyone successfully created a brand new site and contacted multiple webmasters for traffic trades, so in a sense he's just circulating whatever traffic he gets to various sites while gaining some traffic for himself and some tasty PR.

If not, why not? :upsidedow
